What People's Say About Place

We had an early lunch at Buen Dia today. We have eaten there before, and it was very good each time. Today my wife and I had the "Chilaquiles Poblanos". They were nothing short of incredible! Our waitress was excellent, and made sure we had everything we needed, the restaurant was clean , and the food came quickly . I cannot say enough about how delicious our food was . We highly recommend Buen Dia ! Thank you !

Must Try! They were busy but always polite, friendly, order is always right. Take Out Order was absolutely perfect! Food was warm and delicious! Highly recommend this place and the Burri Birria!

3 miles off interstate 140 and across the street from Hardees is this small Mexican restaurant. I had 3 beef tacos with rice and beans. The asada was great - not like the fatty steak at Chipotle. The service was excellent, the tables clean and prices very reasonable. Ella's toucan musica espanola pero no wifi gratis!

The servers were kind, the food came out very fast even with a crowded dining room, the food was hot, and all five of us had some of the best Mexican (and "our own take on American food") we've ever had. I'm still in the dining room writing this up, which is high praise. We decimated our food and are leaving so full. Not open for dinner, FYI.

My first visit to Buen Dia won't be my last! I've always wanted to try authentic Mexican breakfast, and it did not disappoint. The food was incredible—I couldn't finish my entire plate because it was just way to much food. I've never tasted beans quite like theirs before. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. They’re open from 7 AM to 3 PM, and trust me, it’s worth your time. Plus, the waiter was incredibly friendly and welcoming!

Went for lunch on my brother's recommendation, had a great lunch. The dining room was near capacity at 12:30, appeared to be a popular place. Had to get menu explanations from the server, as most items were unfamiliar. He was cheerful and courteous, and I ended up with a delicious, and beautifully plated, lunch that I thoroughly enjoyed. Will definitely be going back.

We eat here a few times a week (if not more) it’s like home and staff over the years have become family. If you like authentic Mexican food stop here because you will not find better authentic Mexican in the Wilmington area. The atmosphere is relaxed and the food comes out quickly, the menu has expanded and changed adding so many of our old favorites from childhood. Their Cafe de Olla, Horchata, Jamiaca are the absolute best and will remind you of the original home style you well remember.

The minute we walked in we felt welcomed and it smelled DELICIOUS! Do not sleep on this place! I didn’t take a picture of the pancakes of oh my gosh they were so good. We substituted chorizo for the bacon.
